We hope you love all of your purchases but if you ever need to return an item, you can do so within 14 days from the date your parcel arrived.

For hygiene reason jewellery can not be returned.  

 Pre-Order items are made especially for you. As such, no refund, return, nor exchange is available.

Pre-Order takes approximately 3-5 weeks to make before it is shipped into the boutique. Your order will be ready for collection and/or delivery in 4-5 weeks.
